Job Description
Join our growing team as a Remote Live Chat Agent and provide exceptional text-based customer support. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals eager to start a career in customer service, with comprehensive training provided. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information entirely through live chat. We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner via text-based live chat.
- Accurately identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Strong typing proficiency (minimum 40 WPM).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
