Job Description
Join our dynamic remote team as a Subtitle & Caption Writer! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for watching various video content – from documentaries to dramas and news – and accurately transcribing spoken dialogue into synchronized subtitles and captions. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to making content accessible to a wider audience. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in subtitling is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch video content attentively.
- Accurately transcribe spoken dialogue into text.
- Synchronize subtitles/captions with on-screen audio and events.
- Ensure grammatical correctness, spelling, and punctuation.
- Adhere to specific style guides and accessibility standards.
- Manage project deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills
