Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous National Archive Assistant to join our dedicated records management team in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization, cataloguing, and indexing of physical and digital archive materials.
- Perform accurate data entry to update archive records and databases.
- Retrieve and refile documents efficiently and precisely upon request.
- Ensure the secure handling and storage of sensitive information and fragile documents.
- Support the implementation of archival best practices and procedures.
- Participate in routine inventory checks and assist with collection audits.
- Maintain a clean and orderly archive environment.
