Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team in Digbeth, Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Achieve financial targets, including revenue, labour costs, and profit margins.
- Maintain the restaurant's aesthetic and operational standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a Restaurant Manager role within a high-volume, quality restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including stock control and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant hospitality management qualifications or certifications.
- Experience with premium casual or fine dining establishments.
