Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Virtual Product Demonstrator to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for showcasing THG’s innovative digital products and services to potential customers and partners through engaging online demonstrations. Your primary focus will be on delivering compelling presentations, answering questions, and highlighting the unique features and benefits of our offerings in a virtual environment. This role is crucial in driving understanding and adoption of our digital solutions, requiring a blend of technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live, interactive virtual product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of various audience segments.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and key benefits of THG's digital products and services.
- Engage with attendees, respond to questions, and address technical queries effectively during demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Gather feedback from demonstrations to contribute to product improvement and content refinement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases.
- Assist in the creation of demonstration scripts, presentation materials, and online tutorial content.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in delivering engaging presentations or demonstrations, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and explain complex digital products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident delivery style.
- Proficiency with virtual presentation tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Ability to work independently and manage a demonstration schedule effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS product demonstration.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field.
- Experience creating digital content (e.g., short videos, infographics) for product showcases.
