Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare food and beverages according to Tim Hortons' quality standards and recipes.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and washrooms.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
