Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Rubber Molding Factory Helper. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. No prior experience in rubber molding or manufacturing is required – we will provide comprehensive, on-the-job training in a warm, clean, and friendly factory environment. You will play a crucial role in our production process, assisting with various tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our molding lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators in the preparation and loading of raw rubber materials into molding presses.
- Monitor molding cycles, ensuring quality and consistency of finished products.
- Perform deflashing and trimming of molded parts to meet specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections of finished rubber products for defects.
- Package finished goods according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Learn and apply new skills related to rubber molding techniques and machinery.
- Support team members in various production tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
