Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as an Entry Level Sales Administrator in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration and sales support, with absolutely no prior experience required. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and support functions.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer and sales data in our CRM system.
  • Prepare sales-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Process sales orders and ensure their timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales representatives.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required.
