Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Scan & Pack Warehouse Clerk in Boca Raton. This is a fast-paced environment where efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail are paramount. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for meticulously scanning, sorting, and packing various items to ensure they are prepared for shipment according to company standards. This role requires the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting and work effectively as part of a dedicated team. Full training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan incoming and outgoing packages using an RF scanner.
- Efficiently sort packages to their designated areas or containers.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product safety and integrity.
- Verify package contents against order documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for scanner operation.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
- Experience operating an RF scanner or similar equipment.
