Job Description

Join the Toll Brothers team as a Show Home Host/Greeter, where you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting our luxurious model homes. This vital role focuses on creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring every visitor has a positive and memorable experience. You will provide essential support to our sales team by managing guest flow, gathering preliminary information, and maintaining the immaculate presentation of our show homes, primarily during weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all visitors entering the model home and ascertain their needs.
  • Provide initial information about the community, available homes, and amenities.
  • Register visitors, collecting essential contact information for follow-up.
  • Maintain an organized and clean presentation of the model home, ensuring it is always show-ready.
  • Answer general questions and direct specific inquiries to the appropriate sales consultant.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing visitor traffic to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Distribute marketing materials and brochures to interested prospects.
  • Report any maintenance or presentation issues to management promptly.
