Job Description

WestRock in Lloydminster is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Shrink Wrap Machine Feeder. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training! As a Shrink Wrap Machine Feeder, you will play a vital role in our production line, ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of our shrink-wrapping machinery. Key Responsibilities
- Load products and materials onto the shrink wrap machine conveyor belt in a timely and organized manner.
- Monitor the machine's feeding process to ensure continuous operation and prevent jams.
- Inspect products for quality defects before and after the shrink-wrapping process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Assist with basic machine adjustments under supervision, as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production flow and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
