Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven individuals to join our team as a Virtual Travel Sales Consultant. This is a fully remote position where you will leverage your passion for travel to help customers plan and book unforgettable holiday packages. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable destinations and products, and closing sales. Full training on our systems, products, and sales techniques will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone and email to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Recommend and customize holiday packages including flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions.
- Present compelling travel itineraries and pricing options to customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Vacations products, promotions, and travel industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and record sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
