Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Soap & Detergent Packer to join our production team in Bundaberg. This is an entry-level light industrial position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing various soap and detergent products, ensuring they meet our high standards before shipment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic packing machinery under supervision.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packing.
- Accurately pack soap and detergent products into boxes and containers.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for palletizing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (not essential, but a bonus).
- Forklift license (preferred, but not required for this role).
- Awareness of good manufacturing practices (GMP).
