Job Description
Join our dedicated evening Stock Replenishment Crew at Woolworths Footscray. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals of all ages looking for evening work to help keep our shelves stocked and organised. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers can always find the products they need, contributing to a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the retail industry or looking for flexible evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Unpack and restock shelves with incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately
- Organise stock in storage areas, ensuring clear access and rotation
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including aisles and backroom areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock takes as required
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently
- Provide basic assistance to customers by directing them to products when approached (no selling required)
Required Skills
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to lift, carry, and move stock (up to 15kg)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment (not essential, but a plus)
- Good communication skills
