Job Description

Join H&R Block as a Seasonal Tax Prep Assistant in Calgary! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume data entry environment. You will play a crucial role during tax season by providing essential administrative and data entry support to our experienced tax professionals. Your primary focus will be on accurately entering client information and tax documents, ensuring our offices run efficiently during our busiest period. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input client data, financial information, and tax documents into our secure systems.
  • Organize, scan, and file physical and digital client records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy to prevent errors.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and sensitive data.
  • Assist tax preparers with various administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage high volumes of documents and data efficiently while maintaining accuracy standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and data security protocols.
