Job Description
Join the Starbucks team as a Trainee Barista / Coffee Shop Assistant! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn the art of coffee making and provide exceptional service. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for those with no prior experience in the coffee industry. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and taking orders accurately.
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and food items according to Starbucks' standards.
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including beverage stations, customer areas, and restrooms.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring product availability.
- Following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Learning and applying knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and beverage recipes.
- Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with patrons.
Required Skills
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
