Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided forklift operation and safety training programs.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently under supervision to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper documentation and product handling.
- Perform daily pre-operation checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as provincial regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required.
Required Skills
- No prior forklift operating experience required; full training and license funding provided.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous experience in a general labor or physically demanding role.
- Familiarity with inventory systems (training provided).
