Pacific Coast Distribution is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Trainee Reach Truck Driver. No prior experience is required – we believe in investing in our talent! We will provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you obtain your Reach Truck Licence, completely funded by the company. Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all required training modules to obtain and maintain a Reach Truck Licence.
• Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment checks and report any faults or damages promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including manual handling and housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure correct product placement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• No prior experience operating a reach truck or similar equipment is required.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive movements during a shift.
• Basic understanding of English, both written and verbal, for safety instructions and communication.
• Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (even if not operating machinery).
• Familiarity with basic inventory systems or warehouse management software.
• A strong desire for career growth within the logistics industry.
