Job Description

Randstad Canada in Grande Prairie is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, databases).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist recruiters in managing candidate pipelines and scheduling interviews.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Learn and understand client requirements and industry trends to effectively match candidates.
  • Contribute to team meetings and collaborate on recruitment strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education (diploma or degree) in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role.
