Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and eager to kickstart your career in e-commerce? Global Connect Solutions is seeking enthusiastic Virtual E-commerce Support Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for online shoppers, resolving inquiries, assisting with orders, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. No prior experience in e-commerce is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist shoppers with order placement, modifications, and tracking.
  • Provide information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
