Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate closely with experienced recruiters to understand client requirements and identify the best talent.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Contribute to market research and talent mapping initiatives.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
