We believe in investing in our talent, which is why we are funding your Security Industry Authority (SIA) license – a crucial qualification for working in the security sector. You will receive comprehensive training to develop the knowledge and practical skills required to excel in this role. Your journey to becoming a professional security officer starts here, with full support and development provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to gain essential security knowledge and skills.
- Learn to observe and report incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches accurately and promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for patrols, access control, and emergency response.
- Develop effective communication skills for interacting with the public and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies, local regulations, and security best practices.
- Complete all necessary steps to obtain and maintain your SIA license, fully funded by Securitas.
Required Skills
- No prior security experience required – full training provided.
