Absolutely no prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, fully paid training to equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to excel. You will be supporting individuals in their homes in and around Terre Haute, assisting with daily living tasks and providing companionship.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as per care plan.
- Support with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
- Administer medication prompts and assist with record-keeping as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
- Adhere to all care plans, company policies, and relevant health and safety guidelines.
