Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Trainee Tech Support Advisor in our Aberystwyth store. No prior experience is necessary, as we believe in investing in our talent. You’ll receive comprehensive, full gadget training, learning everything from troubleshooting smartphones and laptops to assisting with smart home devices and more. This is an exciting opportunity to become a technology expert and provide valuable in-store support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support to customers within the store environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technology products, including mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and smart devices.
- Guide customers through setup processes and demonstrate product features.
- Offer advice on product care, maintenance, and relevant accessories.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior advisors when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and technological advancements.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming tech support area in the store.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
