Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities within our logistics and distribution center, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and support for enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Learn and apply principles of inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes.
- Contribute to various project tasks, gaining exposure to different facets of supply chain operations.
- Shadow team members across different departments to understand interdependencies and end-to-end workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles or logistics concepts from academic studies or personal interest.
- Prior academic or project exposure to data analysis, process mapping, or operational research.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
