Join Coursera as a Virtual Admissions Representative and play a crucial role in empowering learners worldwide! This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity where you’ll connect with prospective students, guide them through our diverse range of online courses and degree programs, and help them take the next step in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and virtual meetings to discuss their educational goals and Coursera's offerings.
- Provide comprehensive information about course content, program requirements, admission processes, and financial aid options.
- Guide applicants through the online application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
- Follow up with leads and applicants to ensure a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and application statuses in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and other departments to facilitate student success.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and admissions strategies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- A strong desire to help others achieve their educational and career aspirations.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology, including CRM software, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and meeting enrollment targets.
