Job Description

Horizon Online Learning is seeking a motivated Virtual Admissions Representative to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the application and enrollment process for our various online programs. As a 100% remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home office, utilizing modern communication tools to engage with students across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of prospective students from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
  • Conduct virtual consultations and presentations to inform students about program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing student questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Guide students through the online application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors and program coordinators to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.
  • Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and enrollment progress in our CRM system.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on program changes and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and results-driven team environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a workload independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or an educational advisory role.
