Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in healthcare administration with comprehensive paid training? Midlands TeleCare Services is seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Virtual Medical Receptionists. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while making a vital contribution to patient care. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing inquiries, scheduling virtual appointments, and providing essential administrative support for our telehealth services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming patient calls, emails, and online chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments for patients with various healthcare providers.
