Job Description
We are seeking a highly passionate and experienced Virtual Personal Shopper with a keen eye for high-end fashion to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role requires an individual with an intimate knowledge of luxury brands, current fashion trends, and a dedication to providing personalized styling advice. You will connect with clients virtually to understand their style preferences, body type, and occasions, guiding them through our extensive collection to create sophisticated and tailored wardrobes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with high-net-worth clients to assess their fashion needs and preferences.
- Curate personalized product selections from David Jones' high-end fashion inventory.
- Provide expert styling advice, trend forecasting, and wardrobe recommendations.
- Assist clients with sizing, fit, and material inquiries virtually.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest luxury fashion trends, designers, and collections.
- Process orders and manage client communication efficiently through various digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in luxury retail, personal styling, or fashion consulting.
