Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Waitress to join our team at Miller & Carter Steakhouse in Bradford. As a Waitress, you will be a vital part of delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest receives prompt, courteous, and efficient service in a premium environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Anticipate guest needs, checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup and resetting.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
