Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and real estate to achieve high earning potential from the comfort of their home. As an ISA, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into qualified appointments for our field agents. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls, send emails, and utilize other communication methods to connect with potential clients from various lead sources.

  • Schedule qualified appointments for our team of real estate agents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communication and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Collaborate closely with field agents to optimize lead hand-off and conversion rates.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on local real estate market trends and company offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment.
