Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised WFH Messaging Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering a flexible roster and immediate start. As a Messaging Coordinator, you will be crucial in managing and facilitating effective communication through various digital messaging platforms. You will interact with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange. This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, possess excellent written communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and communications across various messaging platforms (e.g., chat, social media DMs, internal messaging tools).
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and general queries.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff members when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and information flow.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve services.
- Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for all communications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of messaging processes and tools.
