Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Tender Coordinator with a strong focus on professional services to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position. As a Tender Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts, supporting the creation and submission of high-quality proposals and tenders for our professional services offerings. You will be instrumental in ensuring our submissions are compliant, compelling, and delivered on time, contributing directly to our success in securing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end tender and proposal development process, from initial request to final submission.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and content.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and client requirements.
  • Manage proposal timelines, tracking progress and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update a library of standard proposal content, case studies, and company information.
  • Conduct research to support tender responses, including client background and industry trends.
  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with specified terms and conditions.
  • Facilitate review meetings and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or project support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with bid management software or CRM systems.
  • Understanding of professional services industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Experience in a bid or tender specific role is a significant advantage.
