Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and providing outstanding customer service? WestJet is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Work From Home: Airline Ticketing Agent. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests with flight reservations, modifications, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. No prior airline experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Process new flight reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist guests with travel inquiries, including flight schedules, fares, and baggage policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Utilize WestJet's reservation systems to manage bookings and guest profiles.
  • Adhere to all airline policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
