Job Description
Are you passionate about podcasts? Do you have a keen ear for detail and a desire to contribute to the quality of digital audio content? Stingray Group Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Work From Home Podcast Audio Listeners & Reviewers. This is an entry-level, 100% remote position, perfect for those with no prior experience who are eager to learn and make an impact from the comfort of their home. You will be responsible for listening to various podcast episodes, identifying audio issues, verifying content accuracy, and providing valuable feedback to help maintain our high quality standards. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to assigned podcast episodes from start to finish.
- Identify and document any audio quality issues (e.g., background noise, volume fluctuations, distortions).
- Verify that podcast content aligns with specified guidelines and accuracy requirements.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback and concise summaries of each episode.
- Utilize internal tools and software for logging observations and submitting reports.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for episode review and feedback submission.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding any significant issues or questions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all content reviewed.
Required Skills
- Excellent listening comprehension and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for podcasts and audio content.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills.
