Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Function Waiters to join our dynamic team. As a Function Waiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service at a variety of events, including elegant weddings, sophisticated corporate functions, and lively social celebrations. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and are eager to contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of food and beverage service run smoothly, maintaining a high standard of presentation, and providing a friendly, attentive experience to all attendees. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident in all aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests during events.
- Assist with the setup of function rooms, including table settings, décor, and equipment.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, following event timelines and service standards.
- Clear tables and perform general cleanup during and after events.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
