Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Corporate Office Restocking Assistant to join our facilities team in The Woodlands. This entry-level position is perfect for an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a well-maintained office environment. As a Restocking Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all common areas, break rooms, and meeting spaces are consistently stocked with a variety of snacks, beverages, and office supplies. You will manage inventory, place orders, and maintain cleanliness, playing a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and comfort of our corporate staff. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of snacks, beverages, and general office supplies in designated corporate break rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Perform daily rounds to assess restocking needs and proactively replenish items.
- Organize and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries of supplies and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all stockrooms, break rooms, and shared kitchen areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs related to break room appliances (e.g., coffee machines, refrigerators).
- Assist with special event setups or catering support as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking (training provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
