Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and physically capable individuals to join our team as Industrial Degreasers. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role involving the thorough cleaning and degreasing of heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and facility surfaces in various industrial environments. You will play a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards for our clients. While previous experience in industrial degreasing is beneficial, it is not strictly required as comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety. This role offers competitive ‘high pay’ for those ready to tackle heavy-duty work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy-duty degreasing and cleaning of industrial machinery, equipment, and production lines.
- Utilize specialized cleaning agents, pressure washers, and other industrial cleaning tools safely and effectively.
- Clean and maintain floors, walls, and other surfaces within industrial facilities to required standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company and client safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Inspect work areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment.
- Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., pressure washers, floor scrubbers).
- Current forklift license.
- Confined space entry ticket.
- White Card (Construction Induction).
