Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Government Adoption Services Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, MA. This entry-level office role supports various administrative and operational functions related to government adoption services, ensuring smooth processes and compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn within a dynamic environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Government Adoption Services department, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of necessary paperwork and reports to government agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company databases and filing systems.
- Respond to inquiries and provide basic information regarding government adoption processes.
