Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as a Casual Production Assembler. This role is perfect for those looking for flexible work hours on a casual day roster, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling various components according to specifications, ensuring high quality and precision in all tasks. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals keen to learn and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards
- Identify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
