Job Description
Join Deliveroo as a Remote Food Delivery Support Agent and become a vital part of our fast-paced customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and riders, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and rider inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues, order discrepancies, and technical problems.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, promotions, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
