Job Description

Join the Nike team as a Virtual Customer Success Assistant! This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to start their career without prior experience. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to provide outstanding support to our global customer base. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, helping them with product information, order status, returns, and general assistance. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Nike products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and returns.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new releases and promotions.
  • Uphold Nike's brand values and provide a positive customer experience.
