Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales with a leading telecommunications company? Verizon is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for our Work From Home Telesales Trainee program. Key Responsibilities
- Complete all provided training modules to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Engage potential customers over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and effectively present Verizon's products and services.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
