Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our team in Murray Bridge. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our online customers, providing real-time support, answering product inquiries, assisting with orders, and resolving issues through our live chat platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat for e-commerce inquiries.
- Assist customers with product information, availability, and recommendations.
- Guide customers through the online ordering process, including payment and shipping.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, such as order tracking, returns, and technical queries.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
