Job Description
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Busselton team as Casual Stores Hands for day shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work hours and eager to contribute to a bustling retail environment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role from day one. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our store’s high standards, ensuring products are well-stocked, and assisting our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient unloading, receiving, and processing of incoming stock.
- Organise and replenish shelves, ensuring products are displayed accurately and neatly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment, including aisles and stockrooms.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers, guiding them to products and assisting with loading purchases.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely as required, after receiving appropriate training.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety procedures and operational policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Current forklift license (or willingness to obtain with company support) is a plus.
