Job Description
Apex Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telehealth Public Health Advisor to join our team for a crucial government contract. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute significantly from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will leverage your public health expertise to guide and support telehealth initiatives aimed at improving access to care and health outcomes for diverse populations. You will collaborate with government stakeholders, analyze program effectiveness, and develop strategic recommendations to optimize telehealth service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Advise government agencies on best practices and policies related to telehealth implementation and expansion.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of telehealth programs, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations on telehealth concepts and operational procedures.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in telehealth and public health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and other documentation for government clients.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and data privacy within telehealth frameworks.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of telehealth principles, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or a related advanced degree.
- Experience working on government contracts or within a government agency.
- Certifications in project management or telehealth best practices.
- Familiarity with health information systems and data analytics tools.
