Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Leader to join our corporate services team in Banbury. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions, leading a dedicated team, and supporting senior management with high-level coordination and project support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative professionals.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Implement and refine administrative processes to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support senior management with special projects and initiatives.
