Kogan.com is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Virtual Brand Ambassador (Online) with a strong Social Media Focus to join our growing team. As a Virtual Brand Ambassador, you will be the online voice and face of Kogan.com, interacting with our community across various social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, fostering positive relationships, and driving engagement. We are looking for individuals who are natural communicators, highly motivated, and eager to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing and community management. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging social media content (text, image, video) that aligns with Kogan.com's brand voice and marketing campaigns.
  • Actively monitoring social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages related to Kogan.com.
  • Engaging directly with our online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and participating in relevant online conversations and trends to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Gathering feedback from the online community and reporting insights to relevant internal teams.
  • Assisting in the development of online promotions, contests, and campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and active presence on major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • High level of digital literacy and comfort with online tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • No prior professional experience required; full training will be provided.
