Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Filing Clerk to join our administrative team in Canterbury. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a supportive corporate environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient filing systems, ensuring all documents are readily accessible and secure. Full training will be provided to help you master our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and file a high volume of physical and digital documents according to established procedures.
  • Retrieve files and documents as requested by various departments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records.
  • Assist with periodic audits of filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Scan, index, and upload documents into digital archives.
  • Manage office supplies related to filing and record-keeping.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work meticulously and accurately.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
