Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting part-time opportunity where you can be at the center of thrilling events? American Airlines Center is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Event Stewards / Ushers. This is an entry-level position perfect for those looking for weekend work with no prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training! As an Event Steward / Usher, you will be the welcoming face of our venue, ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon entry and throughout the venue.
- Accurately check tickets and guide guests to their designated seats or sections.
- Provide clear directions to various facilities, including restrooms, concessions, and exits.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Monitor assigned sections to ensure guest safety and adherence to venue policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest concerns or issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist guests with special needs, including accessibility and mobility assistance.
- Work collaboratively with security, concessions, and other venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within your assigned area.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential hazards or guest discomforts.
